Vitor belfort started a campaign in recent weeks so that its fight against Jon Jones, at UFC 152, was shown on Rede Globo, and it seems that the Brazilian fighter's appeal paid off. According to columnist Lauro Jardim, from VEJA Magazine, the channel will show the duel that takes place on September 22nd, in Toronto, Canada.
However, due to contract, the fight will be shown in full with around 30 minutes delay, as had already happened on television broadcasts. Junior Gypsy against Frank mir e Anderson Silva before Chael Sonnen.
Rede Globo's contract with UFC allows live transmission only of events held in Brazil, such as UFC 153, or UFC Rio 3, as it is popularly known, which takes place on October 13th.
