In a conversation with ‘MMA Fighting’ reporter, Mike Heck, Bellator president, Scott Coker, confirmed his interest in having the American in his body of athletes. The ‘boss’ informed that conversations have not yet started, but that he will definitely try to sign the fighter.

“To be honest, we haven't talked about business yet. We have a relationship with her, her husband (Austin vanderford), coaches and businessman. So, we will analyze it when it is ready. Last Saturday (11), the American stepped into the octagon to perform the last fight of her contract with the UFC. The commitment, however, ended up not being positive for Paige, who ended up finalized by Amanda ribas in the first round and, practically, said goodbye to Ultimate.
VanZant is married to fellow fighter Austin vanderford. The athlete is undefeated in his career and makes up the group of welterweight athletes in Bellator. The fact that Vanderfort already works with the UFC competitor's gloves could facilitate negotiations between Scott and Paige.
Today, the North American is 26 years old and has a record of 13 performances. The American has eight wins and five losses as a professional in MMA.
For the UFC, Paige competed in nine fights, winning five and losing the rest. In her last months as an Ultimate athlete, the American made public her dissatisfaction with the payments made by the company in her presentations.
