Victim of several provocations from Chael Sonnen, Jon Jones he received a not-so-pleasant tribute from his rival. The loudmouth named a pizza after Jones.
Owner of a restaurant in his hometown, Mean Street Pizza, Sonnen created a very unusual promotion: the “Special Pizza Jon Jones”, which would come stuffed with “chicken” (synonymous with weakness) and filled with “cheese” (which means having money in the United States).

Also according to the restaurant's pamphlet, the home delivery notice has a provocative caption: “Avoid driving drunk”, in reference to Jones' arrest in May, as there is a tie-in sale of pizza and beer.

With Jones refusing to face Chael at UFC 151, the controversial Sonnen only returns to the Octagon in December, when he faces Forrest griffin in the second most important fight at UFC 155, on the 29th, in Las Vegas.
