One of the great Brazilian promises for the division of straw (up to 52,1kg.), Mackenzie dern is close to confirming her fifth commitment since her debut in Ultimate. The organization referred the confrontation between the athlete and Randa markos for the event that takes place on September 12th in Las Vegas. The information was released by 'MMA Fighting'.

A great representative of jiu-jitsu, Dern debuted with victory for Ultimate in March 2018. The athlete had two consecutive victories until suffering her first defeat, when she faced Amanda ribas, in October of last year.
Mackenzie returned to the Octagon in May and got back on her winning ways after an impressive performance over Hannah Cifers. The triumph made the athlete recover her trajectory towards the top of the category that is today led by Weili Zhang.
With 14 UFC fights, Markos will have a great opponent to erase his last performance. The Canadian performed for the last time in March of this year and also ended up beaten by Ribas in a unanimous decision by the judges.
Currently, Randa has 19 professional MMA fights, with 10 wins, eight setbacks and one draw.
