Vitor Belfort calls Wanderlei Silva a 'soft ass' and asks his rival to forget about politics: 'he doesn't have the brain for that'

The climate of tension between Vitor belfort e Wanderlei Silva got a new chapter. After Mad Dog provoked and called his rival 'lazy', the Phenomenon responded at the same level. In a lengthy Instagram post, Belfort referred to Wand as: 'soft ass'.

On the social network, Vitor attacked Silva's stance, saying that his rival represented the fight, while he represented the martial art. Belfort also asked his rival to forget about politics, as he 'doesn't have the brain for it'.

"Wanderlei Silva, you loudmouth! Here's the video of the last time we met (with the knockout in 44 seconds, see below). You always represented the fight, and I, the martial art. You literally represent these bullies who mistreat their colleagues. But it doesn't work for me, you soft ass. We all know that behind those who hurt, there is always a hurt person. That's why I'm going to give you free therapy after knocking you out. Go train and stop producing fake news. Besides, here's a tip for you: forget about politics, Wand. You certainly don’t have the brain for that, no”, he wrote.

Belfort's publication is a response to provocation by Wanderlei Silva. After Mike Tyson refused to face him in bare-knuckle boxing for US$18 million (around R$90.9 million at current prices), Mad Dog said: “For US$18 million, I'll fight with Mike Tyson e Vitor belfort the same night! So, shall we have our rematch? I'll even do it in your backyard. You are soft ass. It’s lax,” she snapped.

Before that, Wand, in an interview with SUPER FIGHTS, claimed that Vitor has avoided the rematch and that he accepted all the conditions for the duel imposed by Belfort.

“He (Belfort) said: 'I wanted to do it at ONE FC'. I said: 'I'll do it at ONE FC'. He asked to do it according to the boxing rules, I said: 'I'll do it according to the Boxing rules'. He says he wants it to be boxing with MMA gloves. I said, 'I'll do it.' What more does he want? I do it at your event, according to your rules, however you want. All he says is if he decides, stop being so lazy and not break his hand again”, revealed Wand (see the video below).
