In a new version, Johnny Walker says: 'I have everything to be UFC champion'

In an interview with SUPER LUTAS, the light heavyweight revealed that, even after two defeats, he is correcting his mistakes to seek the light heavyweight belt

Johnny Walker emerged in the UFC, between 2018 and 2019, as the great revelation of the light heavyweights (up to 93 kg.) of the franchise. The Brazilian achieved three stunning knockouts where no rival arrived within two minutes of the fight. The meteoric rise put the fighter from Rio de Janeiro close to a chance at the belt, but two consecutive defeats delayed the fighter's plans. He, however, is unfazed and guarantees: 'I have everything it takes to be UFC champion'.

Johnny Walker, who is training at Tristar Gym, in Canada, under the guidance of Firas Zahabi, mentor of the legend Georges St Pierre, reveals that every detail can make a difference in a fight between ranked athletes.

“I'm a good striker and no one wants to punch me because they know I can knock them out. The level I am at is very high, they are the best in the world. They are all good and I won't fight bad guys anymore. Firstly, there are no bad faces in the UFC, if you got there you have some merit. Secondly, I'm ranked. I'm number 11 in the world. I have a good striker, but I have to improve my jab, my right. All the skills, all the techniques”, he concluded
