Amanda nunes got used to breaking records inside the Octagon. But, on Saturday night (06), the Brazilian surpassed another mark outside the fight area. A man in Las Vegas bet no less than US$1 million, around R$5 million, on Bahia's victory in the UFC 250. According to William Hill, the renowned house that received the application, this was the biggest bet made on an MMA fight in history.

Amanda plays with a bettor
At the press conference after the UFC 250, Amanda nunes was informed about the million-dollar bet and insisted on playing with the winner.
“Now he is very happy,” he said. “He’s probably going to drink something and should invite me to go with him,” he added.
Bet is double Amanda's salary
The bettor, who invested US$1 million in the Brazilian's victory, invested exactly twice Amanda's salary. According to the Nevada Athletic Commission, the entity that sanctioned the event, the Bahian woman pocketed US$500 – including a US$150 victory bonus – in salary (or R$2.5 million).
