“A lot of people ask me to give Colby the rematch. Why does he deserve the rematch? He was the champion and I took his belt? This is crazy to me. A challenger fights for the belt, gets knocked out and everyone wants a rematch? For what?” asked Usman.

Although he disagrees with a portion of fans who would like to see a new challenge between the two, Kamaru confesses that he also had fun in the clash between them, which represented the main fight of the UFC 245, in December.

“I would love to face him again because it was an exciting fight. I had as much fun as everyone watching. But for everyone asking to do the rematch, what for? I was the champion, I went up to the octagon and defended my belt”, he concluded.
