Friday the 13th was a celebration for Brazilian athletes who were in action at the tenth edition of Legacy FC, an event held in the city of Houston, in the United States.
Bantamweight Allan “Puro Osso” made his debut on the right foot in American territory. The sparring of Felipe Sertanejo submitted Terry Acker, with a leg lock in the third round, achieving his sixth victory in MMA and defending his unbeaten record in the sport.
The other Brazilian triumph was that of Robert Drysdale, who also maintained his unbeaten record in MMA. The 2009 ADCC champion needed just over a minute to submit Isaac Villanueva with an armbar.
