Sonnen wants Chris Weidman to challenge Anderson Silva

the american Chris Weidman gained strength to be the next challenger for the Anderson Silva. After the fighter says he is able to finish the Brazilian, Chael Sonnen, Anderson's biggest rival, gave his approval for Weidman to fight for the UFC middleweight title.

“I had never seen anything like that. Mark Muñoz is practically perfect in the ground game and in wrestling. I had never seen anyone do to him what Weidman did in that fight. Not even during training. Muñoz was surpassed with a lot of authority, and this gives credibility Chris Weidman trying whatever he wants in the UFC. If you want to challenge Anderson Silva, I think he’s ready, because of what he did with Muñoz”, said Chael, in an interview with the MMA Hour program.

Sonnen was full of praise when analyzing his career. Chris Weidman, who is undefeated in MMA, with nine wins in the same number of fights. Without losing his main characteristic, Chael once again provoked Anderson and said that the American is the main middleweight in the UFC.
