With its activities suspended until further notice, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Ultimate plans to return with its calendar on May 9th. According to 'MMA Fighting', Dana White and his team are putting together a special card, which would include three title fights. The location of the show remains a great mystery.

The information was released after the Florida government included, in an official document, the promotion of WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) events as 'essential services'. In this way, the entity is able to resume its activities under the condition that it will be carried out behind closed doors to the public. Ultimate, therefore, could 'piggyback' on the permission.

According to 'ESPN', Dana White's idea is to promote a 'supercard' that would include three title fights. Thus, confrontations between Tony Ferguson e Justin gaethje (valid for the interim lightweight title), who would face each other on April 18, at UFC 249 and the meeting would be accompanied by two of the main fights of the UFC 250.

Henry Cejudo would remain scheduled to defend the position of number one of the bantamweights (up to 61,2kg.), but, instead of José Aldo, it would have Dominick Cruz as an opponent.

Bantamweight and featherweight champion (up to 65,7kg.), Amanda nunes also continues to be one of the biggest names in the show. The Brazilian would follow her plans to participate in the show and defend her second belt for the first time against Felicia spencer.

In addition to the title fights, other clashes would be added to the card, such as the long-awaited meeting between Francis Ngannou e Jairzinho Rozenstruik.

If Ultimate confirms the information, the fact confirms Dana White's speech from last week, when the 'boss' promised to work with all his strength to return as soon as possible. At the time, the president stated that the UFC would be the first major MMA company to resume its activities.
