In quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and unable to maintain the training routine at the Nova União gym, José Aldo shows no concern when it comes to Henry Cejudo. The North American's opponent on May 9, the man from Manaus stated that he doesn't need more than a week to prepare for the fight and that his concern for the clash is different. The statement was made in an interview with 'MMA Fighting'.

“I only need a week of training to beat (Henry) Cejudo. I'm more worried about making weight than facing it. I may be out of training, on vacation, but if you put me in the octagon with him, I'll win with my eyes closed. The only problem is the weight. So, that's why I'm eating well. I'm calm about the fight, don't worry”, said the former featherweight champion.

José received the chance to face Cejudo for the bantamweight belt after having a good debut in the new division against his compatriot Marlon moraes. Even though he was defeated by the judges' split decision, in the UFC 245, in December last year, the Ultimate board understood that the man from Manaus deserved a chance to face Henry for the category title.
