Ultimate is close to confirming the fight between Jennifer maia e Viviane Araujo. Thinking about finding athletes to become potential challengers for the title of Valentina Shevchenko, in the flies (up to 56,7kg.), the company intends to scale the Brazilians to exchange forces in the ufc austin, which takes place on June 27, in Texas (USA). The information was released by 'Combate'.

With three Ultimate fights, Viviane Araujo, like her compatriot, needs to get back on the path to victory. The fighter, who achieved two consecutive victories, ended up suffering her first defeat when she exchanged forces against Jessica Eye, in December last year, when it was beaten with a unanimous decision by the judges.
Currently, Maia, 31 years old, has 24 appearances as a professional in MMA. In total, the Curitiba native has 17 wins, six defeats and one draw. The woman from Paraná occupies fourth place in the ranking of flies.
With fewer appearances than his likely opponent, Araújo, 33, has 10 official commitments. The fighter, today, has eight triumphs and two setbacks. Born in Ceilândia (DF), the fighter is in seventh place in the group dominated by Valentina.
