The Ultimate veteran, Diego Sanchez, has been the target of some criticism following the decision not to continue the fight against Michael Pereira at UFC Rio Rancho, held last Saturday (15). The North American, who was the victim of a illegal knee delivered by the Brazilian in the third round, comes defending from attacks and, recently, posted a message of support on his 'Instagram' allegedly sent by Dana White, president of the organization.

“Don’t let it upset you. You did the right thing on Saturday”, Sanchez published in a text that was reportedly sent by White.
The criticism of Sanchez was mostly due to the fact that the American was dominated by the entire confrontation and, in a moment of experience, chose to give up continuing the dispute after Pereira's illegal blow.
Diego's victory marked the second consecutive defeat for Michel, who, despite his good performance at UFC Rio Rancho, is forced to win in his next commitment to avoid complications within the organization.
The North American, however, has not only received criticism. In recent days, the fighter has been publishing messages of support received by fans and MMA athletes.
To date, Dana has not yet officially commented on the case involving 'Paraense Voador and Diego Sanchez.
