Remembering the 'Notorious' that the world learned to respect a few years ago, Conor needed just 40 seconds to dispatch the folkloric Donald Cerrone. The fighter's triumph had repercussions around the world and the fighter once again became positive news in the world of mixed martial arts.
After the positive result in the duel between welterweights (under 77kg), McGregor did not challenge any future opponent. The athlete, however, managed to open up possibilities to hold duels in two divisions, in addition to fights outside of MMA.
With renewed morale, Conor will be able to choose the step he will take in his career in his next appointment. There are possibilities for the fighter to return to lightweight, continue at welterweight and even undertake new challenges in boxing. Below, a gallery with the Irishman’s options.
