Algoz de Bulldoguinho is caught doping and defeat at UFC 243 could be annulled

The Brazilian Bruno Bulldoguinho The defeat in his Ultimate debut may soon be erased. The probability remains after confirmation that the athlete's executioner in the UFC 243, Khalid Taha, was caught and subsequently punished after ingesting a prohibited substance during combat training. The information was released by USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency).

According to the entity, the flyweight class (up to 56,7 kg.) used a diuretic (furosemide) that can be ingested to 'mask' possible alterations in performance in the body. With the arrest, Taha was suspended for a year and will only be able to act at the end of 2020.

At the event held on October 5th, in Melbourne (AUS), Bulldoguinho had a special moment, debuting for one of the biggest MMA companies in the world. The fight, however, did not go as expected. Bruno ended up surprised by his opponent and succumbed to a submission in the third round.

The incident with the German with Lebanese roots, however, could remove the negative result from the São Paulo native's official cartel. If the result becomes a 'no contest', Bruno will once again have three setbacks in his career and will have no defeats within the UFC.
