Cezar Mutant ends controversy and apologizes for Fabricio Werdum

The seventh episode of TUF Brasil, shown last Sunday (6), was without a doubt the hottest this season of the UFC reality show. In addition to the discussion between Wanderlei Silva e Vitor belfort, another fact caused a lot of controversy outside the house.

After the technicians from Wanderlei's blue team made several drawings on Belfort's poster at the home's Training Center (remember here), Cezar Mutant, Vitor's pupil, stated during the program that he felt ashamed for the people who had made the joke.

this monday, Fabricio Werdum, jiu-jitsu coach on Wanderlei's team and one of those involved in the “art”, used Twitter to provoke Mutante and say that the middleweight had taken things by “mistake” in the house (remember here).

Despite the hot weather, Cezar decided to compromise and end the controversy with the rival team's coach. Through his Twitter account, Mutante praised Werdum and apologized for the accusations.

“Say Fabrício, you’re a nice guy and I think I wasn’t being sporty with the joke”, said Mutante. “I would like to apologize”, added the fighter, ending the controversy.

With the controversy over, the two athletes have commitments scheduled. Werdum returns to the octagon to face Mike Russow at UFC 148, June 23, probably at the Mineirinho gym, in Belo Horizonte. Mutante is now in the middleweight semi-finals of TUF Brazil.
