The young light heavyweight champion Jon Jones earned the highest salary among the fighters who worked in the UFC 145. According to official information released by the Georgia State Athletic Commission, Jones pocketed $400 for the fight against Rashad evans.
Defeated in the main fight, Rashad won 100 thousand less than the champion, guaranteeing the second biggest payout of the event. Ben Rothwell was third highest paid, far ahead of the young rising stars Rory McDonald and Michael McDonald, as well as former WEC champion Miguel Torres.
