Anderson: “I’m not satisfied with fighting in the United States”

Ultimate confirmed, this Tuesday (24), that the long-awaited rematch between Anderson Silva e Chael Sonnen It will not happen at UFC 147 in Brazil, but at edition number 148, in Las Vegas. Visibly uncomfortable about not fighting at home, the “Spider” stated that he has fans all over the world and that he will do his part in front of the challenger.

“As a Brazilian, I am grateful for everything the country has done for me. I'm not satisfied with fighting in the United States, but I'm a UFC athlete and I have to understand the reasons. I know I don’t have fans all over the world and I have to go out there and fight,” said Anderson.

In turn, Dana White, president of the UFC, confirmed Anderson's dissatisfaction and stated that Las Vegas is the world capital of the sport and that the city deserves to host the confrontation.
