One of the most anticipated events of the year takes place this Saturday (6), in Las Vegas (USA). O UFC 239 it will bring great duels, both on the preliminary and main cards, in addition to promoting to the public two title fights in the co-main and main fights. In the last two clashes of the night, two Brazilian athletes are scheduled to perform for MMA enthusiasts: Amanda nunes, who defends his bantamweight belt (up to 61,2kg.) against Holly holm e Thiago Marreta, which attempts to put an end to the hegemony of Jon Jones and win the light heavyweight title (up to 93kg.). Before exchanging forces, however, the athletes must undergo a ceremonial weigh-in.

Starting at 20pm (Brasília time), all 24 athletes will step onto the scales to decide their weigh-ins, in addition to performing the traditional face-offs.

This Saturday, the two title fights mean that this weekend's card has everything it needs to be one of the most prestigious of the year. Amanda nunes continues in her quest to increasingly establish herself as the greatest female athlete in MMA history, defending her bantamweight title for the fourth time, while Jon Jones tries to show that he is, in fact, the greatest MMA athlete in history, carrying out yet another defense of his belt, this time against the Brazilian Thiago Marreta.
