Paulão and Ninja have a rematch in Brazil

Fighters recreate the duel that took place in 2006 at Pride Bushido 10

After six years, Brazilians Murilo Ninja and Paulo Filho they leave retirement aside and re-edit a duel that marked an era in the extinct Pride. The fighters, who faced each other at Pride Bushido 10, in 2006, will face each other at Iron Man 14, an event that will be held on June 7th, probably in Belém do Pará.

Ninja, who has a record of 20 wins and 12 losses, recently announced his retirement after two consecutive losses. The brother of Mauricio Shogun in his last appearance he was knocked out by Tom Watson, in May 2011.

In turn, Paulão, who has a professional record of 22 wins, two draws and four defeats, is also not going through a good time. The former WEC champion, who was considered one of the best middleweights in the world, has just two victories in his last seven appearances. Due to his bad phase, Paulão announced that he would leave competitions in October of last year.
