The WEC welterweight champion, Carlos Condit (22w – 4d), renewed his contract with Zuffa (same owner of the UFC) for four more fights. In the previous contract, the fighter still had one more fight to complete.
Along with Urijah faber, Paul Philo and Brian Stann, Carlos Condit, is part of the stars of the UFC's sister organization, and according to USA Today these athletes will soon be able to reinforce the organization's main event.
