Thiago Silva is no longer part of the main card of ABC 88, which takes place in Brisbane, Australia, this Saturday (16). The athlete would face ex-UFC, Chris Camozzi in the main fight of the show. The Brazilian had a problem with his visa to the Oceanian country and was unable to travel.

“Unfortunately my fight in Australia was canceled because of visa problems. Unfortunately the organization didn't tell Chris Camozzi the truth, so he's saying on social media that he doesn't know why. Don't worry HONEY BUM, we will fight soon. Keep up your hard work because you'll need it the next time I see you. You like to speak. I like to punch and kick, and slap big loudmouths. Be ready, you will face me soon”, said Silva.

The organization could not find any fighter in the light heavyweight division to face Camozzi, so he is also off the card. The ex-UFC would make his debut in the organization after a year out of Ultimate.

YOUR FULL FIGHT CARD! 🇦🇺 #ACB88 ▫ Due to some complications in obtaining the necessary documents to travel and compete in Australia, Thiago Silva could not make the trip. ▫ Chris Camozzi was ready to stay on the card but a suitable opponent couldn't be found in such a short time frame. We'll be looking to rebook the fight at a future event. ▫ Stepping into the main event will be another great light-heavyweight bout between Luke Barnatt and Karol Celinski, with the winner of this likely placing themselves in line for the next shot at the light-heavyweight title. ▫ Andrew Fisher has also been forced to withdraw from the card on medical grounds.
