Bellator opened the 2018 season in style. Among the highlights of the night, the real battle between the Brazilian Douglas lima e Rory McDonald, for the welterweight belt. After an intense five-round fight, the Canadian prevailed and took the Lima title.
The show also brought the opening of the organization's heavyweight GP, with Chael Sonnen beating Quinton Rampage Jackson in the judges' decision.
