Rampage believes he will never fight in MMA again

The North American stated that he only intends to continue his career if he resolves his problems with Bellator, which he does not believe will happen

MMA veteran, Quinton Rampage Jackson believes he will never fight professionally again – and not for lack of will. The American does not intend to continue his career until he finally resolves the legal problems with his former employer, Bellator, which he does not believe will happen.

At the beginning of the year, Rampage had a troubled exit from Bellator to return to the UFC. The former champion alleged that Viacom, owner of the second largest organization in the world, did not comply with some clauses in the contract between them.

Even so, Bellator went to court to try to prevent the agreement from being broken. That's why, Rampage was almost prevented from fighting at UFC 186, against Fabio Maldonado, being released only a few days before the fight.

This time, Rampage Hope the problems don't come to an end so easily. “I really think I had my last fight. Because you weren't with me when Viacom told me what they wanted from me to settle down. I thought it was disproportionate and my lawyer thought so too. I don't think I can give details, but I could sue them for a lot of money. Because I lost a lot of money. If I could give you the details I would, but I don’t think I can,” he explained. Rampage, in an interview with the podcast “The MMA Hour”.

In April, Rampage beat Maldonado in the judges' decision and then challenged Mauritius Shogun. The Brazilian agreed to the fight, even suggesting March 2016 as the ideal date for the duel.
