For very little Alexander Gustafson did not gain illustrious company as Sweden's idol in MMA. Football player Zlatan Ibrahimovic stated that he would have been a UFC fighter if he hadn't had the talent to shine on the pitch around the world.

Ibrahimovic, currently at Paris Saint Germain, declared that he is a fan of fights and that he would see himself having success in the Octagon. In an interview with the North American website “Bleacher Report”, asked about what he would do in his life if he weren't a football player, he replied: “My father wanted me to be a lawyer, but I have difficulty seeing myself as a lawyer. But I'm a big UFC fan, so I would probably be in the UFC, in martial arts. I see myself doing well in this,” he commented.
