Despite suffering harsh criticism, the card of UFC 301, which takes place on May 04th, is still going strong, at least so far. This Thursday morning (04), the organization published the official poster of the event on its social networks, highlighting the flyweight champion (up to 56,7kg) Alexandre pantoja and return of the 'King of Rio' José Aldo.

Flyweight champion since July 2023, Pantoja will defend his belt for the second time, however, he will now have the support of family and friends in his hometown. On the other side of the octagon will be the Australian Steve Erceg, ranked tenth in the category and who won all three of his fights in Ultimate.
After almost two years of absence, José Aldo returns to the octagon for what should be his last fight under his contract with the organization. To measure strength with the former featherweight champion (up to 65,7kg), Ultimate chose the North American Jonathan martinez, fourteenth place in the ranking and who comes from six consecutive victories in his career.
