Everything is fine for the return of Ultimate to the capital of São Paulo. This Friday morning (3), the 26 athletes selected for the UFC Sao Paulo, led by the duel between heavyweights (up to 120,2kg) Jailton Malhadinho e Derrick Lewis, stepped onto the scale for the official weigh-in of the event and confirmed their respective duels.

Protagonists of the event, Jailton Malhadinho e Derrick Lewis they had no problems. The North American appeared at the scales in the first wave of fighters and was at the limit of the heavyweight division, weighing 120,2kg. The Brazilian, on the other hand, was one of the last to weigh in and was far from the category's maximum limit, weighing 107kg, 13 less than his opponent.

Of the 26 athletes scheduled for the event, three did not make weight. Straw weight (up to 52,1kg) Eduardo Moura reached an agreement with the opponent Montserrat Ruiz, was fined 30% of the purse value and confirmed her presence at the event, while the lightweight (up to 70,3kg) Ismael Marreta and bantamweight (up to 61,2kg) Victor Striker had the fights against Vinc Pichel e Daniel Marcos, respectively, canceled and are outside the UFC Sao Paulo.
