Anderson Silva never ceases to surprise with his recovery after the fracture suffered in the rematch against Chris Weidman, in December last year. After being released without restrictions to return to training, there were still suspicions about the Brazilian's confidence in delivering blows with his injured leg. On Tuesday night (13), Anderson's response came on video. Through his official profile on Instagram, Spider released a video in which he appears for the first time throwing left kicks on the punching bag – previously he had already trained using a ball.
“Hitting a bag after the iron”, wrote the former middleweight champion along with the image. In the caption, Anderson refers to the fact that he did strength training earlier. Videos of these bodybuilding workswere also published by Spider. In the images, it is also possible to see that the fighter appears wearing a bandage on his left leg.
