Even though he has already projected his return for next year, Anderson Silva He hasn't slowed down his training. As has become a custom on his official profile on Instagram Since returning after breaking his left leg, Spider released this Tuesday (13) two more videos of his preparation, this time during strength training.

“I train with my partner Lucas. In the Rogeério Camões style. Miss you master!”, wrote Spider along with the images. Rogério Camões is one of the leaders of X-Gym and responsible for Spider's physical preparation before his fights.
