UFC confirms four more fights for the Berlin event in May

The main fight will be between middleweights Mark Muñoz and Gegard Mousasi, who are coming off a defeat to Lyoto Machida

The UFC has already confirmed five fights for the event that will mark the organization's return to Germany on May 31st. The show, which does not yet have an official name, but will probably be called UFC Fight Night 41, will take place on the same day as the TUF Brasil 3 final, in São Paulo.

the polish Krzysztof Jotko, undefeated in MMA after 14 fights, will put his record to the test against Swede Magnus Cedenblad in the middleweight category. Jotko only had one fight in the UFC, when he beat Bruno “Carioca” Santos in Australia, in December 2013. Cedenblad is also coming off a victory – he submitted Jared Hamman at UFC 164, in August.

PUBLICITY:

Luke Barnatt and Sean Strickland they fight undefeated among the middleweights. A former TUF participant, Barnatt has three UFC wins (against Collin Hart, Andrew Craig and Mats Nilsson), while Strickland submitted Bubba McDaniel at UFC 171.

The event will also mark the return of the German Peter sobotta to the UFC. Coming off five consecutive victories, Sobotta will face the undefeated Pawel Pawlak. The German had three fights in the UFC between 2009 and 2010, but lost them all. Finally, the fight between Nick Hein and Drew dober.

The already announced UFC main fight in Berlin will be between middleweight Gegard Mousasi and Mark Munoz. Both fighters are coming off defeats to the Brazilian Lyoto Machida, who will be the next challenger for the category belt.
