UFC advances clash between Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili for main fight in March

O UFC Las Vegas 71 won his main fight. According to the website 'Las Vegas Review-Journal', Ultimate scheduled the confrontation between Petr yan e Merab Dvalishvili for March 11th, at Apex. Numbers two and three in the bantamweight rankings (up to 62,1kg.) respectively, will measure their strength to try to get closer to a possible title fight.

Former champion of the under-62,1kg division, Petr yan comes from two consecutive defeats. The Russian, who has already competed for the title on three occasions, is looking for a victory to continue with his dream of returning to reign in the organization. Hired in 2018, the athlete has eight triumphs and three setbacks.

Moreover, Merab Dvalishvili, considered one of the biggest promises of the roosters, has eight victories in the company. In his last confrontation, the Georgian won José Aldo by unanimous decision, in the UFC 278. At 32 years old, the fighter has a record of 15 wins and four losses.
