After UFC Rio 4, many wondered where the famous kicks ended up. José Aldo, who practically did not use the weapon against the “Korean zombie” Jang Chung-Sung this Saturday (3). As soon as he left the octagon, the featherweight champion himself tried to justify the absence of these blows in the fight.

“I didn’t fight as much as I expected. The first kick I took from there I hurt my foot, I was stepping a bit wrong. But thank God we were able to throw a big party for these guys and keep this belt here, because everyone was scared. Guys, you can rest assured that I will always defend this belt with a lot of love and a lot of spirit!”, said the man from Manaus.
