For Sonnen, Ngannou is wrong to force friction with UFC and suggests that 'giant' be inspired by Masvidal; understand

Former star and now prestigious commentator in MMA, Chael Sonnen has some important advice for Francis Ngannou. Realizing the public 'war' between the 'giant' and Ultimate, in which it demands recognition, freedom and better payments, the former rival of Anderson Silva analyzed the situation of the heavyweight champion (up to 120,2kg). The message was also addressed to Deiveson Figueiredo e Brandon Moreno.

"Which Deiveson Figueiredo, Brandon Moreno e Francis Ngannou can learn from Jorge masvidal? You have three guys complaining that they don't get enough money and on the other side you have one guy who never said the word 'money'. Jorge masvidal is successful in bringing attention to his struggle. Do you know how much it costs to publish something on Twitter? Do you know how cheap it is?” said Sonnen, on his channel on YouTube.

The talk didn't stop there. Still dealing with the situation of the athletes, Chael continued comparing the contexts of those involved.

“Everyone is unhappy with their contracts and thinks they should be paid more. Whoever is charging should follow the one who isn't. When was the last interview in which Masvidal was seen saying he wanted more money? Never. Because Masvidal lives a simple lifestyle. It's not like Masvidal isn't valuable. He knows how to get to the money,” he concluded.

Absolute heavyweight champion, Ngannou remains at odds with the UFC. The athlete had the last fight of his contract in UFC 270 and did not guarantee its renewal. If he doesn't fight by December 31st, the French-Cameroonian could sign with another organization.

Executioner of Brandon Moreno on January 22th, Deiveson Figueiredo joined Francis and also asked for greater appreciation. Back on the flyweight throne (up to 56,7kg.), the man from Pará asked for US$1 million (more than R$5 million) to act in a possible quadrilogy with Brandon Moreno.
