The growing trend of big fights involving YouTubers in boxing has opened up questions about fighter payments in the UFC, which is considered, by many, to be the largest MMA organization in the world. And, in a recent episode of his podcast 'ToughBusiness', Travis Browne received president Dana White and tried to come out in defense of the franchise, in addition to taking shots at other athletes from the company who made their dissatisfaction public.

“You always treated me well. Payment is there and always complies with what was signed. And most of the time, it was even more. So, these people who are complaining, they are b****s who are crying and complaining. It’s like they’re just whiny little s***s,” Browne said, in harsh words.
And Travis didn't stop there. According to him, competing among the best means that payment is on the back burner and the UFC, as a company, has always tried to meet the requests and reality of its athletes.
“That doesn’t make sense to me as a man. I signed a contract. If I wanted to get paid more, you guys were upfront about it and said, 'Hey, if you're a free agent, go find a better deal.' I always felt like I was part of the UFC. When one of my contracts ended, we had a bigger offer, but I was like, 'Look, the best fighters are here in the UFC, and I'm not trying to be a B-level fighter. I'm trying to compete against the best,' he concluded. the North American.
Travis Browne, 39 years old, competed in Ultimate between 2010 and 2017. The American, in his career, beat names like alistair overeem, Gabriel Napao e Stefan struve. However, he hasn't competed in four years, when he was submitted by Aleksei Oleinik at UFC 213.
