Chris Gonzalez's opponent this Saturday (31), in Los Angeles (USA), the Brazilian put on a real show and brutalized his opponent with a knockout in the first round. The confrontation opened the main card of the show.

This weekend, Yamauchi climbed into the cage to erase the defeat he suffered against Dan Moret in April this season. The triumph marked the second knockout victory in the Brazilian's career.
With the result, Goiti now has 26 positive results in his career. Now, the Tupiniquim team has four victories in the last five appearances.
Gonzalez's setback marked the first defeat in the fighter's MMA career. The athlete entered the cage with a record of six positive results in a row.
The fight
The confrontation began with Chris taking the initiative with a sequence of two low kicks. Goiti absorbed the attacks well and responded in kind. The fighters continued to compete at long distances and avoided grappling. Halfway through the round, the Brazilian put pressure on his opponent with a combination of punches. Gonzalez returned with a right cross, which touched the Tupiniquim's face. Yamauchi continued walking forward. Near the final minute, the Brazilian hit his opponent with a direct hit. Gonzalez accused the attack and collapsed. Taking advantage of the moment, Goiti settled the bill, forcing the referee to interrupt the duel.
