“I have called practically everyone. arnold allen, Edson Barboza, Calvin kattar, Max, Yair, the Korean zombie now, they would all be big fights. But no one accepted. The champion (Alexander Volkanovsky) has a duel with Brian ortega. No one is answering the phone,” Chikadze said.

“Funny, Usman and I have the same agent (Ali Abdelaziz) and the other day I was asking him, what's going on with these top-10 featherweights? Why aren't you fighting me? He was mentioning that he had the same problem with Kamaru and Khabib (Nurmagomedov), Chikadze said.

Current number 10 in the featherweight rankings, Giga Chikadze is considered one of the biggest promises in the category led by Alexander Volkanovsky. Hired by Ultimate in 2019, the Georgian has won all six of his fights in the organization so far. The fighter has a record of 13 triumphs and two setbacks.
