The light heavyweight category has a new candidate for the vacant title. The Austrian Aleksandar rakic dominated the North American Anthony Smith, fifth in the category ranking, for 15 minutes and won the main fight of UFC Las Vegas 8, held this Saturday (29).
In the clash, Rakic showed the full power of his kicks by taking down his rival with a series of blows to the leg. Unable to find himself on his feet, Smith tried to take the duel to the ground, but fell to the bottom at every opportunity and was dominated by the European fighter. In the end, Rakic won a unanimous decision.
