Several countries around the world, including Brazil, have adopted preventive measures to avoid crowds of people and, thus, reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19). After several event cancellations and with the recommendation that people stay at home, physical trainer Everton Oliveira thought of a way to help individuals exercise during the quarantine period. The professional will teach free online classes on his official Instagram account to prevent his followers from being idle.

“It is high time we think collectively about the greater good of our society. The WHO (World Health Organization) recommended staying at home to prevent the spread of the virus, so we must follow. But we can also offer some health and entertainment right now, and that's my main goal. The classes will be comprehensive, without restricting anyone, so they will suit sedentary and active people. During the lives, I will also guide the public on basic prevention measures, in addition to answering questions about training during this period”, explained Everton.
The training sessions will be broadcast on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and will start today, at 18pm (Brasília time). To access the training, simply click here.
Involved in the physical preparation of several top athletes, Oliveira is also known for taking care of the conditioning of Amanda nunes, champion in two different categories in the UFC.
