Title fights lead to UFC 236 'Fight of the Night' bonuses

The main fights of UFC 236, this Saturday (13), sent the public in Atlanta (USA) into a frenzy. Kelvin Gastelum x Israel adesanya, for the interim middleweight belt (up to 84 kg.), and Dustin poirier against Max Holloway, for the interim lightweight title (up to 70,3 kg.), made tickets valid for those who attended the State Farm Arena.

With the difficult decision to award the 'Fight of the Night', Ultimate solved the problem and awarded the four athletes with a bonus of US$50 thousand, around R$194,5 thousand at the current exchange rate.

In the disputes, Poirier beat Holloway in the decision, while Adesanya also defeated Gastelum by the judges.

No performance bonus

As four athletes received the 'Fight of the Night' award, the UFC 236 did not distribute the 'Performance of the Night' bonus.
