During the third edition of Dream, the atmosphere heated up between the Japanese Tatsuya Kawajiri and Caol Uno. Kawajiri, who defeated Luiz Buscapé in the event, challenged his compatriot, Caol Uno, after his victory over Mitsuhiro Ishida.
Ishida is Kawajiri's teammate. Uno maintains a speech of respect for his future rival, but states that he is ready for a duel between the two:
“I can understand how he feels. That's not funny. This reaction from Kawajiri is really very normal and human, after all I defeated his teammate. I prefer not to dwell on the subject, this challenge. I was focused on my fight with Ishida and now I'm going to enjoy this victory. He (Kawajiri) really wants to face me no matter what. But I will think about his challenge before I speak. We'll have to wait for Nagata and Aoki to fight before we talk about the next fights. If Kawajiri really is my opponent, I should definitely take up the challenge. I’m ready for him.”
