Gesias Cavalcante's knee injury, suffered in the fight against Shinya Aoki in the first phase of the Dream GP, appears to be really serious. The black belt said in an interview with Sherdog radio that he will undergo surgery until Friday, to treat the sprained cruciate ligament in his knee. The Brazilian is expected to be away from training for three weeks to a month.
