Battle between Justin Gaethje and Edson Barboza wins UFC Philadelphia 'Fight of the Night' award

O UFC Philadelphia will not bring good memories to Edson Barboza. The Brazilian was knocked out by Justin Gaethje in the first round and was far from a chance for the lightweight belt (up to 70,3 kg;). However, the athlete from Nova Friburgo had a little relief. Edson and Gaethje received the 'Fight of the Night' award from the show, held this Saturday (30), in the USA.

The fighters pocketed a bonus of US$50, around R$196 at current prices. In addition to the light weights, two other athletes left the UFC Philadelphia also with a full pocket.

Jack hermansson, who submitted David Branch in the second most important fight of the night, and Paul Craig, who also won by submission against Kennedy Nzechukwu, won the 'Performance of the Night' awards and received US$50 each.
