Marlon moraes, finally, he will have his chance to compete for the Ultimate belt. On Wednesday night (27), the organization made the dispute between the Brazilian and Henry Cejudo for the vacant bantamweight title (up to 61,2 kg.). The fight will be the main attraction of the UFC 238, an event that takes place on June 8th, in Chicago (USA).

The bantamweight belt has been vacant since the 20th, when the champion TJ Dillashaw was caught in an anti-doping test and gave up the title spontaneously. Since then, Marlon and Cejudo have exchanged provocations with an eye on the fight, which was confirmed this evening.
Number one in the rooster rankings, Marlon moraes has a professional record of 22 wins, five losses and one draw. The 'Magician', as he is known, comes from four consecutive triumphs in Ultimate. In his last fight, the Brazilian defeated his compatriot Raphael Assunção at UFC Fortaleza, in February.
In turn, Cejudo is champion of the flyweight division and moves up to bantamweight to attempt the feat of holding two belts simultaneously in Ultimate. The North American, who was also Olympic wrestling champion in 2008, has an MMA record of 14 wins and two losses. In his last appearance in the octagon, the 'Messenger' defended the flyweight belt against TJ Dillashaw, in January.
