One of MMA's legends, veteran Mark Coleman, unlike the others, was against the Irishman's decision. In his account, he said that McGregor is still young to think about retirement.

“Too young, brother. Raising a glass of whiskey is not comparable to having your arm raised (related to the tradition of the winner of a fight having his arm raised by the referee after defeating an opponent). Almost nothing compares. You will miss it. Calm down and go back to training”, said the former fighter on his account.

On social media, the comments are varied. Some think this is just another marketing ploy by the Irishman. Others think that he will actually retire from the martial arts universe for good. But what is really official is that Conor continues to promote a lot of audience wherever he goes.
