Brazil has a new representative in Ultimate. This Wednesday (13), Minas Gerais Norm Dumont, 28 years old, signed a contract with the organization and will compete in the featherweight division (up to 65,7 kg) of the UFC. It joins the category that has Amanda nunes as champion and Chris Cyborg as one of the main stars.

Norm Dumont He has a perfect record in MMA with four wins in four fights. She debuted in the sport in September 2016, had two fights in 2017 and one in 2018, all at events in Brazil.

The native of Minas Gerais specializes in Chinese boxing, but has two victories in her career via submission – she is a purple belt in jiu-jitsu.

The 'Imortal', as she is known, brings yet another interesting fact about her move to the UFC. Despite signing to join the franchise's featherweight division, she did not fight in the division. The Brazilian has three fights at bantamweight (up to 61,2 kg) and one at a combined weight of 64 kg.
