Video: Cigano's rival receives a blow, fakes injury and almost hits the Brazilian

junior gypsy knocked out Derrick Lewis in the second round of the main fight of UFC Wichita, held last Saturday (09). But the unusual moment of the dispute happened in the first round, with the North American's malice when he almost hit the Brazilian after simulating an injury.

Cigano was pressing Derrick against the bars when he landed a round kick to the waistline. Lewis flinched and seemed to feel the pressure of the blow, about to be knocked out. But the moment the Tupiniquim athlete went up to end the dispute, he was almost surprised. The American got back up quickly and fired a right bomb. The blow grazed Júnior's head. After the triumph, Cigano commented on the action of Derrick Lewis and revealed that he was already prepared for this type of malice from his rival.

“Professor Dórea had even asked me to be careful, because we had studied Derrick. If he shows that he feels a blow, it's not to go all out, because he tries to capitalize on that moment. And that's what happened. My round kick caught well, he felt it, and I went with it, but he threw a snake kill. I had to reorganize myself there... This was his chance. I'm glad I had enough experience to stay calm and fight well”, analyzed Cigano.
