The case
At the end of the main fight of UFC 229, Khabib jumped the octagon, advanced towards Dillon and that started the chaos. At the same moment, Zubaira Tukhugov, Nurmagomedov's training partner, invaded the octagon and attacked Conor from behind. The confusion began in the Octagon and the police had to intervene.
In January of this year, Nurmagomedov and Conor were also judged by the Athletic Commission. McGregor received a six-month suspension and a $50 fine. While the lightweight champion's punishment was heavier. Khabib was suspended for nine months and will have to pay US$500.
