Edson Barboza faces Justin Gaethje at UFC Philadelphia

Ultimate announced a big fight between lightweights for the UFC Philadelphia on 30 in March. Edson Barboza e Justin gaethje they will compete in search of a place at the top of the under-70kg division. The information was given first-hand by the North American website MMA Fighting.

Barboza is in sixth place in the lightweight rankings and is aiming for the top of the category. The Brazilian was coming off a streak of two consecutive defeats against Khabib Nurmagomedov e Kevin Lee, but recovered with a technical knockout over Dan Hooker at UFC Milwaukee. Edson has 26 fights in his career, with 20 wins and six losses.

Occupying seventh place in the lightweight rankings, Gaethje is looking for a title shot in the category. The American is coming off a victory over James Vick at Lincoln in August last year. Before that, Justin was under pressure with two straight losses to Eddie Alvarez and Dustin poirier. 'Highlight' has 21 fights in his career, with 19 triumphs and two setbacks.
