Alexander Gustafsson challenges Corey Anderson to fight at UFC London

Just over a week after his loss to Jon Jones, the Swede is focused on returning to the octagon against 'Overtime' on March 16 in England

Alexander Gustafson was defeated by Jon Jones in the third round of the main fight of UFC 232, on December 29th. Just over a week after the event in Los Angeles (USA), the Swede is already focused on the next fight. Through his social network, 'Mauler' challenged Corey anderson for a confrontation in UFC London, March 16th.

On his Instagram, Gustafsson posted a montage with photos of the two and stated that Anderson is the only athlete ahead of him in the light heavyweight rankings. Furthermore, Alexander stated that Corey is the only fighter at the top of the division who does not have a fight scheduled and that this would be the ideal time for the two to face each other.

“Corey, everyone else at the top is busy. I'm hungry to get back in the cage, and you just had a good fight with my brother [Ilir Latifi], so I think it's the perfect time for us to fight. Let’s dance on the London card on March 16th,” wrote Gustafsson.
